We found the windows quite damp, even though it had rained we understand this, but the inside of the wall above the windows had pieces of the wall falling down which looks like from being damp over some time, the fridge froze all of our drinks, we found the bathroom quite cramped especially since there was 4 of us in the room and the size of the room we were hoping for a bigger. we bathroom, other than that the room was fine. we had to dust quite a bit of the bunk beds before sleeping and all counters were quite dusty

We’ve stayed many times. This time was the worst. Our booked room wasn’t ready, got an upgrade to an old and well worn “theme” room that had no hot water, and the smoke detector needed a new battery. We stayed for one night this time, and we know this place is getting older, but we will definitely think of staying somewhere else in the future.

There was a fire alarm in a different part of the mall that kept going off and disturbed us. The toilet in the unit was leaking and kept hissing which was also disturbing. There was hand, chest and butt prints on the window which was pretty off putting.

Great for location to shopping and water park, but this place needs a makeover. We stayed in a western theme room and it wasn’t worth the extra money at all. Our friends room was in regular room and it was in much better shape and look like it maybe did get a bit of a makeover. Our room literally felt like we were in the 1970s. The ventilation and windows were leaking in the smoke from the forest fires around Edmonton. Our other friend’s rooms were not smoke infested like ours. The power went out every morning at 6 AM and caused beeping and loud alarms to go off. Definitely not something you wanna wake up to every morning. Unfortunately, it also shut off the alarm clocks thus making us late for our day….and their excuse was that there is construction in the area. The sinks, etc. were definitely original and again just need an update. The worst part was when they asked “how our stay was?” …and when we mentioned the above, they just said that it was our fault for not saying anything beforehand to be moved,and that we should recognize that there’s construction going on?? I don’t know how it got turned onto us as our fault for not speaking up. I simply just wanted to make sure the next person in that room didn’t have the same experience. I didn’t expect them to be so defensive around it. Overall, we would not stay here again.

Room was clean with great room layouts for families. It was noisy - thin walls meant we could hear every word said next door. Our room wasn't serviced as requested on our 2nd day so we ran out of towels and coffee, but those were replenished upon request. Room quality doesn't match the price, but the convenience was nice.
