I had a good experience regardless of the shortage of staff. I hope an update is planned for the hotel as the carpets are very worn. Overall the room was clean.

where do I start? Awful experience just terrible. There was a misunderstanding regarding the pet fee for my dog so after paying a little over three hundred dollars they wanted another 250 when I got there which I just didn't have. so later on Expedia and I both tried to call to cancel and got no answer. the next day the woman was terribly rude claimed she answered every call that had came in so I would be charged penalty fees for cancelling then after a whole week of chasing a refund on the other two days I didn't stay I was just informed the hotel is not going to refund any of my money whatsoever. so I am just disgusted with this whole situation and want to contact corporate in regards to how the staff are treating the customers at comfort inn and suites.

Disappointing
When we opened the door I smelled an overpowering deodorizer sent. Seemed to be masking the smell of mildew. The sink in the bathroom leeked over the counter when you turned the water. After 3 minutes the water was luke warm. The bed was hard and the air conditioner was loud, but not as loud as the highway traffic. The breakfast buffet had a big selection for a self serve option and the food was decent. If you are looking for a comfortable room, keep driving.

Nice place to stay
Hotel and room were clean and smelled fresh. The lady at front desk was very helpful and even came up to our room to help us figure out how to use the new remote and tv. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Will stay again.
