I didn’t have high hopes but what a truly horrible place. The corridors either stank of weed or mould and damp. The carpets were nasty and stained. The lift was minging. The bathroom was about the only place that seemed clean. The only lager on tap was Stella which says it all! The staff were friendly.

Not a bad place for a quick overnight stay whilst travelling, hotel staff very friendly, clean and tidy, there was a few marks on the walls and in the bath but apart from this the room was very warm and clean. Good value for money. What you’d expect for a cheap night.

only told on arrival that the breakfast we booked was not available due to the dinning area being refurbished , which considering that we booked days in advance why did no one tell us this on booking or by phone or mail as we could have changed our hotel to one a short distance away poor response from the booking system and hotel as it should not have allowed us to proceed or seeing the booking the hotel could have responded.

Room was clean and well appointed. As expected there was road noise but a couple of foam ear plugs dealt with that. All the staff I dealt with where extremely polite and helpful. Happy to recommend. Amazing value for money.
