The cute cottage in the country awaits you with long range mountain views, setting right in the middle of a 40 acre farm. You can rest and relax and enjoy the majestic beauty of the mountains just outside the door. Also tour Asheville, Biltmore Estate, Hendersonville, Black Mountain, and experience all the activities and scenery Western North Carolina has to offer. Cook lunch in the nicely appointed kitchen, take a dip in the hot tub on the patio while watching the fireflies light up in the pastures behind, or simply enjoy the wifi and cable included in your stay. Pamper yourself in the privacy of this fully furnished 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with one level living. Top of line bedding awaits you for an afternoon nap. Feel free to throw something on the BBQ grill, take advantage of the newly renovated kitchen, or take a 15 minute drive to the area's many restaurants. Your kitchen includes a side by side refrigerator with ice maker, electric range with oven, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, toaster, blender, and all the cooking utensils you will need to complete a home cooked meal.

The kids will enjoy the large yard, and possibly get the chance to pet the resident goats and cows. Come out early in the morning or late in the evening, and get the chance to feed one of the farm animals nearby. We also have a large swing set to get the energy out of the kids before bed. We do have exterior cameras for security for our guests. This property has a studio apartment on the lower level that is also available for additional cost, it has a living area, one bathroom and one bedroom. This unit has a separate entrance, driveway.

Feel free to have us be your one stop shop. We can have your fridge stocked and ready. Should you want a night out on the town, we have a list of certified babysitters to care for your little ones. Week Stay on the Farm

The house is clean and cute. The property is beautiful! The views and patio are amazing. Sitting by the fire on the porch during the evening was quiet and peaceful. Downtown is about 20 mins from the house but staying out in the country where it’s quiet was worth it! The hosts are extremely responsiv.

Clean nice home

Home is clean and well kept. Street has really fast cars, lots of spider webs in play set which I had to remove and mainly Hot tub didn’t work when we got there. Which was the main thing my kids and I wanted to do in the evening. Was unfortunate but they did give us credit.

Overall an amazing experience

We rented this cute little house for a fun and relaxing weekend and that is exactly what we got. We enjoyed the gas fireplace on the back porch and seeing the cows and goats!

Great stay outside Asheville

This house exceeded all our expectations. It's in a quiet area that's a short drive to downtown Asheville. Everything was updated and very clean. Sitting on the back porch at night with the TV and fireplace was the best part of the stay. Goats, cows and chickens next door were a bonus and fun to watch and sunrises were beautiful!

Lovely rural setting with modern conveniences!

Pros: Attention to detail: The home is decorated beautifully and with care. Yard is well-manicured. Everything you need is there. Even the toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom is practical and a great idea! Back Porch: Best place to gather with lovely, private setting and comfy furniture. We spent most of our time on the porch. Our dog loved watching the farm animals and taking naps in sun spots. Layout: Single story is practical for all ages and rooms are spacious enough. Hot tub: Convenient location and functioned well. It was a popular spot all week. Heads up: Driveway is long and accommodating, but not wide. Plan your parking carefully if you have more than one car. Bathroom has a slider door that is hard to fully close. Set ground rules in advance to avoid surprise guests (kids). Large grocery store is a ten minute drive, but prices are crazy high. We recommend going to the WalMart in Weaverville (about 25 minutes away) for essentials. Suggestion to our excellent hosts: Provide hot tub instructions for dummies. We did a lot of "what does this button do?", which I'm sure contributes to wear and tear over time. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It helped make our first visit to Ashville memorable :)

Peaceful getaway

This place is perfect for relaxing. Located in a beautiful place with lots of greenery. My kids enjoyed the animals at the property, as well as the friendly neighbors’ pigs, chickens, bunnies and sheep. Very clean, close to Asheville. Lovely place to stay!

Great vacation house near Asheville

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is modern with a well equipped kitchen and the entire house was very clean. The beds were comfortable and we really appreciated having the outdoor room to enjoy the cooler mornings and nice view. We arrived late but the owner left lights on for us and everything went smoothly with getting into the property. The house is only a short drive (20 min) to downtown Asheville but the setting was a very quiet farm. One quirk is there is an external door through the bunk bed room. It’s well secured but something to know for young kids that like to explore. Overall a great house! Very comfortable, quiet, and clean!

Relaxing get away!

We loved our stay! We were there for a snowstorm and the hosts made sure to check-in on us and help with any supplies we needed. They also invited us to go sledding which was very fun! The outdoor deck, hot tub, and cute farm animals all add to the charm and relaxation! Thanks for the great vacation location!

Relaxing property

Great little updated home with relaxing hot tub, beautiful outdoor patio with warm fireplace, and beautiful views of the countryside. Great country atmosphere with animal noises. Our little kids played outside most of the day as they loved watching and feeding the animals, and playing in the backyard/playset. Only caution would be for family's with an adventurous 2-3 year old, to be careful of the somewhat-busy country road. Definitely recommend this house.

Great spring break getaway!

Wanted to get away for our kids spring break. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the huge backyard, swing set and having cows and sheep as our neighbors. My husband and I loved sitting on the back porch at night with the fireplace. The house was very well equipped and looks exactly like the photos. April was very quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely rent this house again next time we come back this way!

FANTASTIC!

Loved the house it was set-up so nice and the amount things to do around the property were really nice! The kids enjoyed the playground and feeding the farm animals and the adults truly enjoyed relaxing in the hot-tub soaking in the amazing 360 views of mountains and rolling hills. 1000% recommend staying here! Awesome farm cottage

The place is just awesome, is so cozy and has this home vibe that makes you feel welcome. The location is on a road, but not noisy at all, not even when you use the hot tub. The kitchen and the deck were our two favorite things. You could pull out your best recipe in that kitchen, you will find all you need. Groceries are 10 min by car, which is nice, Asheville town is 15 min away. They also allowed us to checkout two hours late, since there had been a snow storm in the morning so we could figure out our travel plans. I have nothing but good things to say about the place, definitively a home away from home.

Lovely location

This was a quaint, beautiful location on some farmland. There are neighbors closeby but we felt safe and there was sufficient privacy. We got to feed this family of goats in the morning of our last day and that was fun. Remember to pack a loaf of white bread! There was wireless internet, and you can watch TV if you have your own streaming accounts. Great kitchen, we prepared wonderful meals in there and really just enjoyed our short weekend break in the Asheville area. The views were enchanting, we woke up early every morning to enjoy the sunrise through the many windows or the large deck out back. They were not done with the outdoor living space when we were there, but saw some pictures with it completed, and it looks great. We were not able to use the hot tub this time around, but it looked a deluxe piece of equipment. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect Getaway!

This location is everything. The views of the farm land are amazing. We loved coming back to hangout in hot tub or play board games on large farmhouse table. April is very responsive and was able to answer any questions. I highly recommend this place, and I hope to stay again one.

Gorgeous Mountainous Home

We took a girls trip with seven high school friends and absolutely loved our stay! The home looks like a Chip & Joanna Gaines show home straight from a magazine! So clean, decorated perfectly, and sleeping arrangements were great. It slept 7 of us girls without any issues. The hot tub was the perfect touch at the end of every night. The back deck has very high end durable furniture and a new gas fire place which was excellent. I literally want the owner to come decorate my home! Do not worry about only having one bathroom, it was a double vanity sink with an extra counter space for a makeup with mirror vanity. Multiple girls were getting ready at the same time without any issue. Checking in was easy with the keypad on the side door. The views are gorgeous and the farm animal were an added plus! 20ish minute ride to downtown Asheville- we easily got taxis and ubers. The host was so accessible and sweet! We all want to come back.
