The staff was exceptional. The room had many dirty areas including bathroom and fridge and also the bedding. The so called Queen pull out couch was more like a pull out cot. But far and away the worst thing about the room was the air conditioner. It was at least 80 degrees in the room and the air unit was on full blast. Another thing was there were no bathroom products provided. I never write reviews for anything but this place pissed me off.
