Stay for a concert at the palladium, very close to the venue. Yes, you can pull up right in front of the hotel to register (we didnt know)

Checked in with one part of our party being rewards member and us not. Do not get the same treatment when checking in. Questions were different. We’re not offered to become members. Very seamless experience. Easy check in and out. Clean and quiet. Nice bakery around the corner. My only issues and it's silly, I had no idea how to use the remote for the TV, and the body cream offered, was so over the top fragranced, it was unusable.

4 pm is late for a check in time. Extra $ for parking across busy street was inconvenient. To pay extra for breakfast was the first time I encountered that. Didn't see it in the write up before. Seemed cheesy to me. we didn't eat there. Very ordinary experience for the money. Next time we'll stay out of town instead of down town.

The place was immaculate, I love a clean hotel! Love the breakfast option with the reservation, well worth the money. The breakfast was made to order and the staff was suoer attentive! Will definitely stay there again for my conference next year!

Great stay, place was sold out for concert across the street at DCU center, but it was still nice and quiet (or maybe I’ve gone deaf listening to all the metal). Very convenient location, would stay there again.

Convenient location.....right across the street from DCU Center, which was the purpose of the trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that an UNO Chicago Grill is attached to the hotel - no need to leave hotel to search for a restaurant. Did have a little difficulty figuring out TV navigation, but that is no big deal.

DCU Center show
Hotel was very convenient to DCU Center. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk personnel were pleasant. Room was nice, had decent amenities. There was some trash under the bed (empty water bottle and vape pen). We did go to the UNO's restraunt within the hotel, sat at the bar, but ended up leaving because of the smell and flies. All in all it was a decent stay.

Staff was impatient with us when we came back to them because we couldn’t find our room. The room was fine but the king bed felt like it had a hole in the middle. Shower handle pulled off when I went to take a shower. Couldn’t get hot water either. Convenient location though.
