First visit to Switzerland. Absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t fault anything. Stayed in the duplex style room, amazing view overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains. A very peaceful location being so high up. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate in visiting again and staying here. Breakfast was included, good selection, including tea for us brits. 10/10 👍 (one negative, no tv in the upper room of the duplexes)

Great Hotel, plenty of room with a good bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Good Breakfast included. About 10 minutes from train station.

Comfortable stay and easy check in. We got in late and the self check in was very easy to understand. Amazing view on the castle! A short walking distance to the town centre/square. The breakfast was really good and the people working there were very welcoming!

This property had fantastic views, a great restaurant with amazing fondue and very helpful staff.

This hotel brought the culture and feel of this little village into a single location. It was easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go and the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful.

Beautiful location. Hotel is dated but you can’t beat the view. Spa could have been warmer.
