I was traveling through North Carolina during the week and had not made reservations in a reasonable amount of time. To my surprise, I was pleased both times when I registered to stay at Comfort Inn. The staff (primarily Michael and Tasha) made my stay more pleasant. Thanks, Michael and Tasha. The second room I stayed in (Room 301) was clean, although the floor could have been mopped. The first room I stayed in (Room 225) needed vacuuming, but otherwise it was ok. Overall, my stay at this hotel was pleasant.

Property is under construction with a remodel
Staff was nice and helpful
Not a bad place too stay, room felt great, bed was great, bathroom was not all the way cleaned like hair left in shower and used soap bar from previous guest. Other than that it got the job done with a good night sleep. Side not, room had a “smart TV” but you couldn’t use any of the apps.
Had to be moved to 3 different rooms. First two stunk like mildew and smoke so bad. Bathroom had brown stuff all over the shower wall. Construction was taking place at the hotel so I’m sure it was from that. Holes in the ceiling i. The hallway, the room temperature sucked it was either freezing cold or hot muggy and moist. Staff was really nice but we had 3 different employees knock at our door and didn’t give us a chance to answer just used their key and walked right on in. The maintenance guy, the housekeeper and the front desk lady. Breakfast was ok. Nothing much to do in the area. Reminds you of a truck stop area. Overall I will NEVER return again if I can avoid it.
The front desk agent was in the phone when we entered and never hung up. She passed me my key without explaining anything. I had to ask about breakfast and the gym locarion. It is an older hotel. You pay for what you get.
Bathroom was dirty, hot hall ways, small elevator, very limited parking, woke up with bites on me, towels had black hair on them and the curtains have ZERO light filtration. Sun shines right into your eyes. Wont stay here again.

A/C was leaking water onto the floor. Called the front desk and the maintenance person cleaned up the water and put a towel under the unit for a temporary fix. The next day, when we returned to the room after being out all day, found the entire floor was flooded and soaking wet. The front desk said they'd call maintenance and since it was on a Sunday, it took a long time. Meanwhile, there was no offer to move us to a different room until i called and asked them to. No inquiry if anything of mine got wet or ruined and no offer of a refund of any kind since i was moved to a smaller room. A little more effort from the front desk would have been appreciated.
