The pool and jacuzzi are amazing. They beat any other hotel in the area by far, and that's the one thing i look for when booking a hotel. We had an issue with our first room but when brought to their attention they promptly fixed it to our satisfaction and went above and beyond. The breakfast was good. The only thing is suggest is possiblt fixing the parking. When the hotel is really busy it can be hard to find a parking spot and you may have to park in the very back on the side. A suggestion could be to reserve premium parking for people that book the premium rooms. Other than that when we come back to norman to visit family we will definitely be choosing the embassy.

I had to pay $12 to park in a parking lot that had PLENTY of parking so not sure why that was necessary. Hotel was good for the most part. We pulled out the bed in the couch and it was GROSS - definitely hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The breakfast buffet was awesome.

Hotel is very run down. Stains on carpet, ripped upholstery in lobby, and couch in suite was dirty. For $300/night I would expect it to at least be clean and updated.
