We rate this stay as Poor because on 2 occasions, staff ignored our do not disturb sign and entered the room. We notified the front desk of the breach the first night of our stay. The very next morning housekeeping opened the door without knocking ~20 minutes prior to our checkout while we were getting dressed and packing up. I trust that management will address this with staff, but lower your expectations in the near term.

It was a nice hotel. No issues for me. The only draw back was the breakfast they have wasn’t all that great. But everything else about the property was great.

Room was really nice. Due to the global outage, their key programs are not working. They have extra staff available who go to your room with you and let you in. Our longest wait was about 5 minutes.

The toilet had poop stains on it. The air conditioning was loud and made it difficult to sleep. The keys werent working so everytime we left we needed someone to.let us in. Overall was a little disappointing.

For being rated at nearly 10 i was not impressed. The staff was friendly which was nice. The room however, smelled of stale cigarette smoke or bad dog smell. I used air freshner which helped for the one night. For a "suite" room with 2 queens, a sofa sleeper and a curtain partition i was disappointed that there was only 1 t.v. for the whole room to share.

Great location to visit distilleries/ horse farms. The staff were all very genuinely friendly and always made sure we have what we need. The room was spacious and well-appointed. All was clean. The breakfast buffet was perfect. Loved the afternoon cookies

This was top class stay for family of 5. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was beyond expectations and accommodations were more than you could ask for. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel now. You won’t be disappointed.
