For the price I expected nothing other than what it was. Smelt like a smokers house bathtub was old, mold along the caulking. Bedding was stained (we brought our own blankets and pillows and slept on top of the bedding) thin walls and some kind of loud work was going on. It was just my husband and we rose very early and checked out. Would never bring kids there. On the plus side the Waffle House next door was amazing with very nice staff.

Overall is a good hotel. On the last night staying there there were loud neighbors next to us so we called and they said they’ll take care of it. 2 hours later we still heard noises going in and out people being loud in the hallway at 2 am. Other than that, the other three days were very nice.

Overall stay was good bed was a bit of a brick and did need another pillow but stay was decent. Room was clean . Hallway did smell of smoke considering the desk clerk stated no smoking go figure. But overall it was decent

Staff was great, room was spotless, bed was very comfortable. Pillows were the best. I am definitely going to stay here again when visiting Georgetown.

The staff is very off putting. The woman who was training was very rude and did not listen. She just spoke very condescendingly while blatantly ignoring anything you say. There is no elevator. The rooms and hallways smell like dirty litter box and there were bugs.

Two rooms and both were filthy not even cleaned from previous customers… had to litterly insist on refund and couldn’t get copy of refund receipt.. had to get “manager” let me take pic of the receipt… this was on sept 22. Had to call Expedia today cause no refund was refunded after 1 week.. sketchy hotel!
