Wonderful and central. Perfect for walking, eating and drinking. if you have mobility issues do not book as steep and narrow stairs, but wonderful place and people.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but our room was very small for two people and we stayed 3 nights so would have preferred a slightly bigger room. We were on the first floor thankfully so all good with luggage. The shower was also very small and the bar holding it up was broken, but the staff quickly fixed it. The location was very good and there were good amenities such as kettle, fridge, microwave. Overall, a promising hotel with more potential to improve.
Small rooms but with very good facilities for the price, including safe, mini-fridge, coffee-tea. Despite being almost next door to railway station, room was quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Mix reviews here, the hotel is conveniently located, two star hotel rather than 3 stars, rooms are comfy but tiny, lots of stairs so not good for people with not good mobility , coffee machine broken. On the other hand the perception person was super helpful and friendly so all forgiven
Location is fantastic, very close to the main train stations and an easy short walk to the centre of town. Plenty of eateries and shops nearby. Security looks very good in this small hotel. Helpful, well informed staff. Breakfast is very good. This is a budget hotel and the room was small but manageable. We were at the front of the building, windows had to remain closed at night to shut out the noise (which they do efficiently). Good black-out curtains. Comfortable bed and excellent Internet connection. Stairs to access rooms so not ideal for clients with mobility problems.

Last minute booking........
We booked this hotel at the last minute after our Air BnB was cancelled without warning. This hotel was very clean and the location was great for restaurants and the train stations. However, the room was very small and access to the reception and bedrooms was up very narrow stairs, which were awkward for carrying suitcases.
Was a bit surprised to see the hotel address, room number and front door access code all on the same key ring!
We would not stay here again purely because of the access.
We enjoyed the city's night life.the hotel itself was nice and quiet..and in a nice location of lille..
But on a down side.we have come up in a lot of bed bug bites.my daughter and her friend had over 30 of them on on there legs snd back.they slept in the bunkbeds..me and my wife dont have any at all we slept in the doinke bed.
Conveniently located near both the eurostar and lille stations and a short walk into the centre, it's a no frills basic hotel,it was clean and the girl on the reception was pleasant and helpful, small rooms but with everything you need, a little noisy but for my short stay in was satisfied, there is no lift and the stairs are quite steep so may not suit older travellers!
The bed was against a very drafty window. I was never warm as it was below 0 outside. They didn’t heat the corridors either. Even when the radiation was on high still cold. Had to run the hair dryer to warm myself and sleep in a coat
A quiet comfortable hotel just across the road from the Gare de Lille Flandres station. The rooms are clean and have most of what you might need. The lack of air conditioning is really the only concern during hot weather. Would recommend highly for short stays in Lille.
excellent location. We returned our rented car, checked in, and used Eurorail the following morning. Room was comfortable, and hotel is located walking distance from town center, restaurants, and rail stations.
My room - 100 - was the same as pictured. It's off by itself and that was nice. Lille was a layover for me, and I needed to work. Unfortunately it's right over the breakfast room so it was very noisy. It did quiet down early evening, so if you're sightseeing it shouldn't be a problem as long as you're out all day. The bathroom was spotless with fluffy towels and nice, simple toiletries. I appreciated the mini bar because it allowed me to keep my personal wine chilled. The breakfast had a nice variety, but beware the hard boiled eggs. I cracked one open on my plate only to find out it was raw. You can literally see the hotel from the train station. There are lots of restaurants close by and shopping as well. I think there's been a recent renovation as everything was clean and looked new. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Lille.
