Room was clean and fine for our one night visit to Whanganui. Reception unavailability on telephone for lost item was a nuisance. Calling and leaving numerous messages within the "office hours" was frustrating.
Loved the room. Shower was great. Towels were big and fluffy. However, there was a fire in the restaurant and had not been rebuilt as of yet. There was plenty of Clubs, restaurants and stores within walking distance. There was also a bus stop right outside. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.
Staff were friendly and helpful, place was super quiet, bed was good and comfortable, shower was awesome. Tv a bit dated and Cleaners prob need to do a beter job and look around, other than that, was more than adequate for a night’s accommodation.
Very spacious renovated room. King bed comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces. Hotel lobby and corridor a bit dated but the reasonable room rate compensates for it. Close to supermarkets and gas stations.
Very quiet good nights sleep.
Garden our room looked out to needs weeding as has been a pretty area
Toilet needed a deep clean. Not a good look to have a brown bowl
The cleaners are super lovely. The reception not as lovely. The showers need a good proper clean, as they look like there’s another species growing on them. And the walls need some dusting/ cleaning.
