Summary:
Riptide is a Classic Beach House that has been renovated to create a relaxed coastal vibe and is simply perfect for the family escape and beach holiday.

Sleeping 11 guests, the property has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry, living and dining area plus a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and espresso pod machine. The front of the property boasts a large deck complete with BBQ, outdoor furniture, and bar area off the dining room.
While enjoying Riptide you are only a short walk away from Mosquito Bay Boat Ramp and Three66 Café. Located less then 2km from the beach and only a short drive to Malua Bay shops where IGA, a Local Butcher, Newsagency and Chemist are located.

The Space:
This is a great two storey home. External entry downstairs leads into a great wet room with space for all your beach gear, wet towels, snorkel gear or a surfboard or two. Bedroom 2 and 3 are also on this level with their own Smart TVs but no free to air channels available. Bedroom 4 is a children’s retreat with a Tri Bunk and single Bunks, featuring a TV with a Nintendo gaming console. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The downstairs bathroom has a toilet, vanity, and shower over the bathtub. Air conditioning is supplied through a unit in the hallway.

Upstairs is the updated kitchen, lounge room area with air conditioning and includes a large wall-mounted Smart television. Upstairs also includes the main bedroom, main bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity.
The grounds are fully fenced, and pets are welcome on approval. Ample parking with availability for a boat or jet ski at the side of the property.
Linen & Towels are supplied (Not Beach Towels) so bring some with you to enjoy the beach.
