I stayed here because my flight arrived late at night. I was expecting a simple airport hotel. It was so much more! Super friendly, helpful staff. A full breakfast spread (even with an omelette-making station and chef)! And a very clean and comfortable room with free bottled water (multiple, large bottles), upon arrival. My next day's accommodations were not available until late the following day. The hotel gave me a very generous late check-out extension, free of charge. I must give special credit to OSCAR for giving such great customer service, and helping with my multiple questions-- whether on how to locate the ATMs or navigating coordinates. 5/5 stars, would recommend.

I specifically pick to stay here because I had a flight getting in from Cusco and flying late out of Lima the next day so it was just easier to me to stay close to the airport. Room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and flexible with my check-out time and holding my luggage. The breakfast buffet was great and had a nice selection. I would say that the spa/pool area had a very strong chlorine smell that took a while to get used to.

This is a great place to stay especially if you have an early morning flight. My only issue is that we were supposed to have a blow dryer in our room but did not. I called the front desk and the concierge, but no one answered any phones.

This hotel is so convenient for a layover in Lima. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and very filling. Bummed I didn't have time for my free Pisco Sour, but I will definitely be back

Williams in Concierge is excellent. Always helpful. Staff could be a little friendlier. Smiling is allowed. I guess they do their job fine but a nice hello would be good after a long flight. Most people stay one night for a layover. I would not stay longer.
