Check in was good with helpful staff. Later at night, I had a couple questions about the area and one staff member was super informative, which I appreciated. He also helped me out when I had unprogrammed the TV in advertently. Very appreciative of the couple people I’ve met who were here.

the hot tub was not in service. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9. At 8:40 there was 1 slice of bread, a table spoon of eggs and the attendant said they did not refill after 8:30, the hair dryer also did not work. No more Baymont for us!

The staff tried but clearly they are short staffed. The hair dryer and the hot tub were broken, the pool area was under construction. The beds were not comfortable.

The fact there is NO SMOKE DECTOR in the room which makes in violation of Colorado law or any other for that matter as it’s a major safety violation! Staff was friendly!

Close it again.
I could not believe this property was owned by Wyndham! The sign was broken, weeds everywhere, parking lot in run down condition. I thought the hotel was closed so I went to the hotel next door thinking that must be mine. Nope, Best Western in great shape, nice person at that front desk told me I was not listed. Turns out I was in the dump across the street, the one I thought must be closed!!! Front desk was maned by two kids! Wyndham, really? That said, the bed was comfortable. No vending machine!

The booking showed Spa and Pool. The pool was not open and the spa had been closed for months. The carpet is coming apart. The condition of the hotel is not reflected in the photos it’s really much worse.

Ain’t what it used to be
We have stayed at this location multiple times over the years but this will be the last. First let me say the lady at the desk was great. This isn’t her fault. She was super friendly. We checked in and were sent to our room. We open the door and it hadn’t been cleaned. Used towels on floor, beds not made etc. Go to desk and she heartily apologizes and gets a Ly’s in another room. We walk in and it’s been turned over. But we go to open a window and a piece of soft doggie do do was kn the carpet. At this point I’m done with the room flip and just deal with it. But I did decide to inform the desk and again she apolozized profusely. All I can do is get my nights sleep on move in with my life. The building, lot and condirikns are dilapidated. Just not worth the sty at this point.
