Thanksgiving at Roads End
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving beach family reunion. The house was great and provided lots of space to be together or read a book by yourself. The guest manager Kristy was excellent and so nice to have met. We searched the beach for glass balls but came back empty handed. We would love to return.

Week at the beach
Overall a good stay. There are no smoke detectors in the bottom or top floor (battery went out and when we called manager, she said she'd have to have the owner mail her some). Need more towels but you are able to wash as needed. Close to the beach and great views once we washed the windows ourselves.

1) Very appropriate location for Family Reunion events (beach, especially). 2) Close access to US#101 to reach Reunion alternative activities 3) Weather (wind speed and lack of sunshine) were not accommodating! 4) Relatively close and very accessible to Church-associated Reunion Meeting venue for serving meals, etc.

The house was nice. The family room is smaller than it looked in pics, but we made it work. The Carbon monoxide detector went off and I contacted the owner. She said she would come and give us batteries, but never showed up. All in all it was good.

House was clean, had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was nice and saw a whale spout a few times. Love that it’s on the north side of Lincoln city and on a dead end road. Plenty of room for all of us.

Great home to gather.
This was the perfect home for us to enjoy a holiday weekend with friends and family. The open concept makes a perfect central space for dining, playing games, watching football and making memories. And the floor to vaulted ceiling windows were all we could ask for to watch the king tides and sunsets. Having the separate area with awesome games and all the sleeping options were a major bonus.

Winter Family Vacation
House set up perfectly for our group of 6-7 adults. The view is amazing & basement game rooms kept young ones busy. Kitchen well stocked with large fridge. Light bulb in microwave needs replaced. Furniture in good condition and beds had perfect mix of firm and soft to meet varying preferences. Host and local contact friendly and quick to respond when heater don’t work. Would absolutely stay here again.

I'm here every second week of April and every second week of November and I always find a house I really liked this house it had enough amenities and enough space for all of us we appreciated all the space we had I would recommend this place to anyone and if I can get it again I'm going to. I do have a few complaints but they're really nothing big The coffee pot wasn't really cleaned and there were a couple of things that were broken The vanity door in the master bedroom and the window shade rod wouldn't turn to close or open the shade but besides that that is a great place to stay

Weekend getaway
We were very pleased with the house. It accomadated all of us and we enjoyed the game room, ping pong table and the wall of windows to watch the ocean. The only thing that we miss was there were no kitchen towels.

Nice family place...
Great view of the ocean and easy beach access. Plenty of beds and space for our family. Loved the game room on the day that was too windy to be on the beach. Only concerns were the lack of toilet paper and garbage bags....the bathrooms had about a third of a roll each, with no second roll waiting and there was only 1 garbage bag for our 4 night stay. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Super disappointed
Disappointed in the cleanliness, upstairs bed is like sleeping in a bowl, carpets are filthy,no remote to the TV upstairs so the family couldn't watch movies together. Things are falling apart. Pucks are broken on the shuffleboard And for the $200 cleaning fee I expect it to be clean and to not have to take out the trash strip the beds start the dishwasher and towels why am I paying a $200 fee.

Great Family Stay
Two families stayed in this beautiful house with a great view & short walk to the beach. The games made for lots of entertainment for the 6 kids! The only thing missing is a can opener! :) we will be back

Annual family Beach trip
The location of the property was PERFECT! The house was great! However upon arriving I noticed a garbage bag on the couch that had "Knoll House " written on it with a black marker and there were dirty wet rags inside. My sister slept downstairs and noticed the bed sheets were dirty with blood stains and the bed smelled of urine. The shower curtain downstairs also had mold on the bottom of the curtain. The shower head on the main level and upstairs bathroom were spraying water in different directions and spraying the walls and softening the wall. The stairs rails were dirty and we wiped them down ourselves and had to be wipe them down a few times to get the dirt off. The contract that is emailed with the check-in/out expectations/rules were different then all the notes taped all over the house (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, etc). There were cheerios under one of the beds from previous guests (we did not have cheerios) and pieces of stuffing/cotton under the beds so it didn't look like anyone had! vaccuumed. The email stated there would be 2 keys located in the house for our use however there was only 1 set located inside plus the the one locked up in the keypad just outside the door. Overall the house was great! The housekeeping definitely needs to be worked on!!
