This place is perfectly located for AT hiking at Franconia Notch. It could use some TLC, but it does seem like they’re working on it. Staff was friendly and responsive. Rates were reasonable. Close to places to eat and shop. We felt safe, and the rooms were clean.

Stayed in the small detached cabin that had 2 queen beds. Sheets stained on one bed - had to ask for replacement sheets. Cabin is run down and needs updating. Too expensive for price paid and state of cabins. Great location - close to Flume Gorge and town for food. Cabin musty smelling upon entry and old furniture.

The cabin was very out dated, had no shelving in the bathroom, not very convenient. There was very low water pressure and barely enough water coming from the shower head. Staff was super polite and friendly
