We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations for the price. The rooms had been recently upgraded. The morning breakfast was fine with plenty of room to sit. They have a good size property with pool, lake, playground, etc. It was better than we had thought it would be for the price.

A pleasant stay for this family of 4. The grounds are well kept. Easy check in, very kind and helpful staff, good breakfast. The game room was a hit with my teen with a pool table and air hockey. Nice outdoor space that is well lit with corn hole and tennis and volley ball nets. There is also a lovely friendly neighborhood cat who wanders through. Peaceful though busy spot with easy access to the Notch and area sites and tons of restaurants.

This place was a perfect spot away from the busy downtown area, but close enough that it was not an inconvenience. The room was clean and private, where we couldn’t hear any noises beyond our room. The front desk was alway friendly and answered all of our questions. Would definitely go back if we are in the area again.

Property was clean. Rooms were updated. Free breakfast was as expected, nothing special. Rate on Expedia was higher than we could have received if we booked directly. Also room placement out front facing the road ( furthest away from pool/and other amenities). Was told because Expedia booking could not change room to another area, even though they were available. Not bad for the area, but if we looked harder we could have had a better experience at another property for the rate we paid.

Nice stay, would return!!
Very clean room, fridge , coffee machine and microwave in the room. Breakfast with many options and refilled quickly. Tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, other games available outside. Very nice place for family or couples very close to North Woodstock (Brewery, antiques) and Flume Gorge or hicking options.
