Room was really good basic but that’s all we needed for the night only bad point it was really warm in the room and uncomfortable to get to sleep and stayed warm all night window didn’t open much to try and get some cold air in

I was told that there would be a king sized bed and a single. However the “king sized” bed was two single beds put together, it was very uncomfortable and hard. I am somebody who suffers from back problems and the bed made things worse. There was no one around to help when needed, limited items were given. Restaurant didn’t provide menus at tables, and no times were given for dining times.

Welcoming and comfortable
The receptionist (check in is at main resort) was very welcoming, the room was spacious and clean, and the view was lovely over the fields. A fan was provided which was much needed in the heat. Towels were big and fluffy. Bathroom was clean. Some drawers in the room were wonky and there was no over bed lighting but worked around it. TV reception was poor on some channels but who really cares? We had a lovely stay and wil definitely be revisiting.

Cheeky 9 holes in.
Cheap, good facilities, breakfast starts at 0900hrs which is no good for business travellers but it's fine if you're aware.

Room not ready with the beds requested (in April) when checked in. Spare bed eventually provided was too short. Housekeeping failed to make up the room (make the beds, replace used towels and empty bins) during second day.

Loved our stay here. 2 adults & 2 children (age 1 and 7) the room was cosy, clean and very spacious. We did find the restaurant drinks and food a little on the expensive side tbh, but they were nice especially the food and cocktails. Also it was pretty annoying that there’s only two plug sockets in the massive family room. If I’d of known I’d of taken an extension lead. We needed one for the fan as it was a hot room and then we needed to charge our phones and an iPad. So this was a little disappointing. However, the hotel facilities were fab, such as the splash area for kids and the playground. It also has a small arcade area and vending machines. We only did a one night stay, but found a bargain on Expedia and will definitely be back to stay when in the area 😃

Great stay.
Excellent 2 night stay. Easy fast check in. Room was very spacious and clean. Fantastic friendly staff. Great bar area overlooking the childrens play area so enjoyed a pint while still keeping an eye on the grandkids. Will certainly use this Hotel again. Thanks

This is my daughter and I’s third stay with you and this time and had a family room this time. Missed the balcony but room still brilliant for price plus windows blocked out road noise. Only one issue arise which was could only access vey few channels on TV ie BBC x channels and CBeebies! Wondering if some child safe access on it?

Very basic, breakfast not served until 9am even for those staying in the hotel. Rooms not serviced daily unless requested. Replenishments of coffee and milk was poor.

Lolvely room. Surprised at how nice it was for the price. Very warm though. Luckily we had a balcony so could open the door fully.
