When using the Expedia site for booking, I was requesting a smoking room. There was nothing on the hotel site link saying non-smoking nor smoke free. I booked. Upon arrival, the girl checking me in hatefully started spitting out the rule.....no smoking anywhere, etc. I stated I had requested a smoking room. Rudely, she said you booked on a third party site. You have to take it up with Expedia. I contacted Expedia, who replied it was non refundable.

Needs refurbishing! Door around lock had what looked screwdriver or prybar tajen to. Metal door frane was dinged up from being broken into. Cganged rooms! Sraff was excellent and very accomodating.9

carpet was dirty very dirty the room smell like mildew and the shampoo and conditioner and body wash containers were empty if we hadn’t have just driven 11 hours we would have move on after see all this! Sure wasn’t wrong the 138.00 it cost me

The room was very dirty. It had lots of dust everywhere and it was really rundown in the room. The gym had several missing weights, things falling out of the ceiling. Breakfast does not start until 7am, that is a little late for people that have things they need to be to. We paid extra for a 3rd bed that they did not have extra pillows for. They also did not have a roll away bed that we were told they had.

The beds were uncomfortable with old mattresses. The carpet was old and stained. There was dust on furniture. It took 30 minutes to get the tv to work. We stay in Holiday inn express many times a year and this is by far the worst ever.
