It’s fine? We stay here because it’s pet friendly and close to the highway. It’s fairly clean but seriously tired- stained carpets everywhere, chrome scrubbed off faucets, cracking counters. Today’s room had a large hole in the carpet near the door. Sure that doesn’t really affect how I sleep. On the positive side if you have a pet they put you in rooms near the doors.

I had a room with 2 queen beds and the bathroom was too small to move around in. Also, we had the smallest soap, shampoo and conditioner that wouldn’t be enough to even wash a baby.

This hotel may be rated as 3 stars. But it definitely rates at the top of that rating. It was super clean with professional and friendly staff. The hotel was easy to find. Good parking available. I was surprised at how clean the room and the halls were. I was pleased. I still wiped everything down with antibacterial wipes but not even a spec of dust found. In the morning I was pleasantly surprised at the free breakfast offered. There was coffee and juices offered at their super clean and organized coffee station. Breakfast had many choices from scrambled eggs and sausage to a waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, yogurt, cereal, and fruit. I was impressed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The location was perfect, as well. It was 20 minutes from the Hershey stadium where I went to see Stevie Nicks perform. I was also traveling alone and felt completely safe.. It was an amazing experience. Hats off to this hotel for making my stay perfect and memorable.

We have stayed here in the past. My wife stays here because it’s closeness to the Patton office. We stayed here for the Pink concert. It’s only 20 minutes from Hershey.

Everything was wonderful! Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. The only very minor complaint I have is that the parking lot was dark when I arrived. Traveling alone as a woman can sometimes be a little unnerving, so a well lit parking lot is a comfort.

I was very happy with my Sept.20-22 visit but I will never recommend this property because I accidentally entered the wrong date of my visit and was not able to get a refund for the mistake. I paid substantially more for booking the correct date and very unhappy about not getting refund, Because of this I will NEVER book this property again. The confirmation # was 72923807660085 for Dec 20-22,2024. If you can rectify this situation of would appreciate.

Asked for a quiet room. Mgr type at the front responded with “It’s a hotel, you’re not going to get quiet”. Room was smelly and traffic was right underneath my window. I had booked this place for another night 9 days later for my return trip and asked if I could cancel and get a refund. They told me to ask expedia. Expedia virtual agent responded that they would not refund as my booking via expedia was non-refundable. Cancelled anyway as I didn’t want to not sleep again by staying in this noisy smelly place. Wnydham customer service told me they are all individually owned and they can do whatever they want. I’ll never stay at another Wyndham hotel again. Terrible CS. Expedia CS too long a wait and their virtual agent is not a help.
