We loved our stay here. The staff were all nice and helpful. The property was clean. Very easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Love This Quaint Inn
We love staying at the Meadowbrook Inn! It was our 2nd year in a row staying with them. The only thing I was not happy about was that our room was on the 1st floor right behind the elevator and by the lobby so it was not quiet. I asked to be moved to the 2nd or 3rd floor, but was told there were no rooms available. I know to request what floor I'd like my room to be on in the future.

Very nice stay. Two minor things: 1. We were on 2nd floor. The elevator was out of service and we were only notified the day of our arrival by email. A small inconvenience. 2. We could hear the people in the next room through the wall.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The first time, our room was in the main building and it was incredible!! This time, we chose a room in the annex building because of the corner jacuzzi tub that we didn’t even use. The annex building seems more dated. The sofa was so hard that it felt like we were sitting on a board. The bed was fine. The fireplace flame was a mere flicker which was disappointing. Staff was very nice and it’s super convenient to downtown Blowing Rock. We will stay here again however we will defray in the main building.

The overall property has some maintenance issues, but the room we had was updated and in great condition. The staff was excellent, particularly considering all their help during the hurricane and mountain flooding. They even fed us with some great soup when nothing else was open in Blowing Rock.

AC extremely loud, thankfully I had ear plugs. Breakfast eggs I couldn’t handle. I eat a lot of eggs and the texture of these were weird. Pool was nice, no one in it which I loved. Friendly staff.
