I loved that the property was clean and well-maintained. It's opposite a supermarket, which was convenient. It is in a good location, although I'm not sure whether it is Lisbons's 'city centre' as advertised (for tourists, that would typically be Baixa). The property was well-staffed. The staff were helpful.

For 24€ I expected a better breakfast, the assigned room did not have a balcony as advertised in the pictures. Everthing else was good, very confortable.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. The room was okay, but there was a terrible smell of mildew. The bed was subpar, with no mattress cover or comforter, just a thin bed sheet and blanket.

I’ve been very happy staying at this property. The staff are great, breakfast is good, very close to Metro, restaurants are within walking distance, and the rooms are spacious. The only reason I didn’t give an excellent rating is the bed and pillows are not very comfortable and there are no other facilities at the hotel beyond breakfast. For the price though, it’s been a good stay!
