The hotel is in a good location and parking is a real bonus for Lisbon, but my stay had several issues. I booked a queen bed and confirmed by email that I did not want singles. Yet when I arrived, I was given a room with three single beds next to the lift? After 30 mins wait at reception I was moved to a room with two singles pushed together and told they would turn it into a proper double which didn't happen in part because housekeeping is so late in the afternoon it didn't work for me time-wise (sometimes as late as 5pm)
There was a kettle but no tea or coffee, which is odd for a hotel used by business travellers. The tap water came out brown at first, but eventually cleared, but I was not drinking it. I'm used to free water, tea and coffee, especially for nearly 200 euros a night but bottled water was 3 euros each, and the minibar was just as overpriced. With a supermarket next door selling everything for far less, the minibar felt a ripoff.
It was also cold during my stay and the heater did not work and the blanket was really thin. I actually caught covid whilst there and this did not help me get better.
The worst problem was the noise. My room was next to one of the many cleaners’ storerooms and most nights a cleaner sat in there talking to friends on speaker phone until around midnight!! It was loud enough to keep me awake.
I would not stay again or recommend others to do so, especially at that price.
