Boutique hotel without a working shower/taps
A very nice setting with very good decoration. Rooms are nice but our room had no water for most of the stay. In a room that sleeps 6 you expect to be able to have more than 2 showers. No maintenance on site to resolve so we had to walk shampoo in hair to the spa to shower there. Not ideal for this standard of hotel. Sounds like they are aware of this issue but continue to sell the suite regardless. Be careful.

Our only bit of feedback would be that it would be great to have loungers inside the spa, rather than chairs and sofas - but a small issue. Fantastic treatment rooms and service - we had the best massages. We would definitely recommend the Elms to friends, and we have already

Amazing hotel with amazing decoration in all areas. Spa area lovely. Restaurant served excellent dinner and breakfast. We stayed in room 3 which was amazing. Every staff member was incredibly polite and courtesy. And...the car park has 2 free electric charging points. Result. We stayed for 1 night and definitely stay again.
