No complaints considering the cost. A clean, if a little dated hotel with helpful staff and decent facilities. If you're going to spend a lot of time at your hotel on holiday I might not recommend it, but if you'll be spending most of your time exploring Lisbon and the surrounding area it's absolutely fine
When I arrived, the man at the counter assisted me right away and explained the rules and regulations of the hotel. He was very kind and tried to speak English as much as he could. I appreciated his explanation and offered assistance as much as he could.
Please the price I paid I expect something more! 3 nights! No change towels, the bed was basically on floor the mattress was super bad and uncomfortable! Hot water on shower none after 30 minutes with the water open come hot water! Smell of drugs on the corridors! The water no pressure! The window was opened and impossible to close! Unbelievable
The staff were friendly and helpful, the property did seem a bit run down but I saw a sign that they’re in the middle of renovating, and the walls were really hollow, you could hear a lot from other rooms. However, I was outside most of the time so if you just need a place to sleep and wash, it’ll do the job
This is the worse place I have stayed .
Very run down and no hot water , very noisy felt very anxious all night I am a woman travelling alone for 6 weeks and this is the first time I was in a place that felt this way .
I really loved my stay at this hotel as the place was very clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the place is within easy reach of the major attractions.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The owner needs to fix the staircase that is in terrible condition anybody can have an accident there the residence is very old and needs repair to continue in business Very Unsafe
Having to go through several looked doors made it feel unsafe in case of a fire. Very noisy. Could hear the other customers talk, cough/being sick, sounds of music and TV, drilling and banging at 7.30am.
The man at the reception, despite not being able to speak any English tried his best to explain where my room was and how to unlock the front door after 9pm.
The area appeared to be nice, however, didn’t have time to explore.
It was cheap. For someone not too fussy it might be alright.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The place is old, electrical wires exposed , smells of cigarette smoke. Place is run down.
Great location, affordable place, reception is open during extended business hours, staff is accommodating, area around the guesthouse is fantastic, lots of options for good, groceries, public transportation.
The building and accesories are in bad conditions
Carpets dirties, broken, cortains broken, electrical instalation expoused, the door on bedroom close but how it was in bad conditions, the light of outside enter.
