Very suprised with its popularity as it was full both days. Not sound proof ciikd here cobversation next door and noise outside. Very much echos. Otherwise average. Could do with some TLC. Didnt feel safe upstairs on balcony.

The shower was crap and smells like crap too. The pool was unusable once again as I have stayed before and it was green then. Just sad some simple fixes go a long way.

Staff were amazing. Very clean. Perhaps didn't feel very comfortable there with young children as small groups of men were drinking on the balcony. But they were considerate and went indoors early and all was fine

This place is a dump, we found all sorts of things in the couch, which was on a lean going forwards, you can’t sit up in bed because there’s a silly shelf above your head,we opened up on draw and it had a dozen empty cans in it, the toilet kept on leaking which was very annoying, I could go on but won’t,overall go somewhere else

The property is old, run down, and in urgent need of some maintenance. Insulation between the rooms is non-existant so very noisy. Complained of excessive noise and the manager was either not on site or deaf as it was so bad. They were next to useless in quietening the place down. Definitely find somewhere else to stay as this place is past its use by date

I am trying to be positive about this motel, but it's difficult. Yes, it's old and not much to look at, but I tried to move past that. The room was clean and a good size, although could do with some remodeling at some stage. I think the biggest problem was the noise. It's close to SH1 so there's a constant traffic noise, but a lot of noise coming from other guests at the motel - although it feels like some people are living there. It was okay for 1 night, but I wouldn't go back again. Hey, the wifi was good.

This motel really needs to be renovated it so old and the room stunk so bad it had a terrible musty aroma we had to open the windows to let the fresh air in. It looks like we were back in the 80's. The room did not feel homely. Will never book here again.

Toliets need to be serviced properly sometimes doesn't flush properly. Showers need upgrade as pressure is very poor. Stairs need fixing as they shack whenever anyone walks up and downstairs. Lovely customer service cant wait to stay again
