Two couples staying overnight for a concert at Simmons Bank arena. Easy to find, smooth check-in. No valet; only self parking in garage behind hotel. Location is walkable to arena. Close to restaurants & bars. Great stay.

Good stay but lacks inclusives
The hotel was wonderful however, we had to pay for parking and there was no microwave in the room or lobby. There is an onsite bistro and bar. Breakfast is available for purchase. Outdoor patio was beautiful

Only had a brief stay here. My check in was delayed due to travel issues, but communication with the hotel about delayed check in was easy and warm. The hotel offered me a late check out, which was really welcome. A nice comfortable stay in a great location. Would recommend.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. However, we ran out of tissues in our room, and asked for a new box of tissues at the front desk. No tissues were ever sent up to our room.

Plenty of parking in the parking garage. Walkable to almost everything downtown. Clean room, good a/c, clean bathroom. Although no dining room, they do have a small vending alcove with sandwiches, chips, etc... In addition, they do have a coffee shop with breakfast breads, ect... Easily walkable to a variety of dining establishments.
