Was super beautiful and modern, clean and had a ton of amenities that come with staying at this hotel. Sadly I overestimated how much I would use said amenities which is my own fault lol! Otherwise it was an amazing stay. We got to our room quickly and everyone was super friendly.
Poor cleaning. Multiple hairs in the bathtub and in the bathroom counter at check-in. Notified hotel who said they would have someone clean. When arrived back to room after cleaning, several of the same hairs still in the same spot.
Thin walls, heard EVERYTHING next door couple was doing.
The hotel room smelled like feet and was so musty/wet smelling. We asked to swap rooms and they said okay then never came with keys. We had to call again then go get the keys ourselves. The room we got was on the same floor and smelled the same. It also had no towels at all. We called and were told if we wanted towels to come get them. Then we went to
Incidental fees are astronomically high for a room that has so much interior damage to begin with. After checking into our room at 9:30 at night, with tired children we had to move rooms due to the TV and phone not working in the room we had. There was stains on the wall walls as if a drink was spilt or thrown, and it was not cleaned. The framing on the wood in the bathroom was tarnished and messed up.
Overpriced hotel room for one night and $250.00 incidental fee for a poorly kept hotel.
Our check in experience almost resulted in not allowing our stay because my debit card wasn’t available for an “incidental” fee of $50; all I had was cash. Not only that my daughter needed some benedryl from the chlorine in the pool. We had to leave the hotel @ 1:30 am to buy some as we couldn’t pay cash in the hotel. Needless to say- will not come back
Rooms are a little out dated, especially for the price BUT THE BREAKFAST and STAFF IS AMAZING. I would definitely book again.

Absolutely amazing, helpful, friendly staff! The rooms look like they were pretty nice at one time, still all right, but both of our rooms had some broken and worn out things about them. I would definitely stay here again.
