Wedding in Livingston

The house is very beautiful with amazing views. It’s secluded but also very close to town. We had 10 adults and 2 kids. We originally thought the house was 5 bedrooms but the listing changed about 8 months after we booked to 4 bedrooms. (The 5th bedroom is a room in the basement with only a day bed). It worked out though because the loft space has a couple of twin beds, however, not much privacy up there as you are in an open air loft space. Plenty of bathrooms to go around and the house was stocked with absolutely everything you would need. We got married in the backyard and it was a literal dream!

Livingston is awesome

Everything about the house was awesome. The kitchen is very well equipped and is great for cooking and serving meals. The view from the back porch is amazing. Especially for watching the sun rise.

The best weekend ever

My husband and I rented this house for us and our family to stay when we got married in Livingston. It was absolutely perfect! From the views, fireplace, firepit, game room, there were countless memories made here. We can’t wait to come back again!

Exceptional Property and Experience

My group of 10 adults stayed at the property for 4 days as our home base for a fly fishing trip. The house is stunning. The construction and attention to detail are top notch. The views of the mountains from both inside and outside the house are amazing. The house was extremely clean and well kept. The property manager was able to arrange to have Kate Chomko, a private chef to cook meals in the house for us. We will book again for sure.

Incredible Home with Stunning Mountain Views!!!

This was our second stay at Meredith Ranch and as always it felt like the perfect Montana home-away-from home! We settled right in and enjoyed the views we have come to love (despite a bit of haze from smoke in the air). Although there was no air in the garage loft and temps were hot, there was still plenty of room for our two families to spread out and sleep comfortably. This hidden gem is turning out to be an annual trip for our family - close access to Yellowstone, Chico Hot Springs, Bozeman, Tubing on the Madison River...SO MUCH FUN!!!

Stunning views in wonderful location!

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful comfortable home! Even with lots of smoke from forest fires, the Mountain View’s were nothing short of spectacular! Pre-arrival communication and check-in/check-out processes were excellent and easy. The house was clean and spacious and very well appointed. We loved the area and enjoyed many adventures- fly-fishing, wildlife watching in Yellowstone, rafting, exploring Bozeman and more! We appreciated the recommendations provided by Key Montana! Highly recommend this home and would love to return!

Incredible Home with Stunning Mountain Views!!!

This spot is a true gem and exceeded our expectations by far! The pictures don't even do justice to the raw natural beauty from every angle of this property. It is situated perfectly to get a view of the mountains - overlooking the glimmering pond. The craftsmanship and details in the house are amazing! Everything you could want was thought of and there was even more room than we had anticipated. The kids LOVED fishing on the pond and running around the open lawn. The stargazing at night was a highlight and our al fresco dinners on the screened porch were a great way to enjoy each others company. And we were only an hour drive to Yellowstone's north entrance. Deena was incredible to work with - so helpful, communicative, and responsive. We will FOR SURE be back. Who knows, this may become an annual trip for us.

Excellent House and Property in Livingston

Very nicely laid out and furnished home with apartment over the garage. The pond is stocked with fish and the young adults enjoyed refining their fly fishing skills in preparation for the river. We used the fire pit and the lower patio for star gazing. Really loved the stay and will be back! Highest recommendation.
