Annual Trip
The layout of this cabin has kept us coming back for three years in a row. We like the loft area for the kids ( 5 under 5). It's a place they can be but we can still see them. It's perfectly located and always clean. The beds are comfortable and the basement not too cold. The big front porch is where we keep our coolers and boots we kick off between homes.

Had a good time!
Amazing location, nice surrounding, little costlier but worth paying. Overall a memorable experience at the property, the only issue we encountered that we couldn't use the basement because it was excessively cold.

Was for a surprise birthday party and worked out great. Enough bedrooms for all families and a place for the teens to sleep with a small games room and TV room in the basement.

Great Family Reunion
This was a great property. Very clean with all the amenities we needed, swing set, fire pit, outdoor dinning, entertainment room in lower level for the kids and a loft for a big sleepover for the little ones. The large kitchen was adequately equipped to make big meals and serve from the large kitchen island. Great memories that will last a lifetime. We will be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay!
The location was very close to the hiking trails we were interested in. The cabin was laid out very well for our group of 10!adults and four children except the only bathroom on the main level is only accessed through the master bedroom. The hot tub was used both nights we were there and served our purposes adequately. We had exactly the right number of trash bags but would have liked there to be a few extra for peace of mind. Other reviews said the downstairs was too cold but we didn’t have any issues with that. It was very clean! We would stay here again.

Overall we had a nice stay. There are some maintenance issues which should be addressed soon. The jungle gym really needs some attention or should be eliminated. I even inquired about it's condition prior to booking because it was important to us and was told it was in great condition which it was far from. The back deck no longer had stair access outside.

A little disappointing
We always take a yearly trip to Hocking Hills that our family looks forward too. We usually spend 3 nights at a certain cabin. This year we decided to upgrade to a more larger & secluded cabin for only two nights, so that we would still spend the same amount but have a nicer cabin. It just simply wasn't worth it with this property. First off, it looks just like it does in the pictures. It's a beautiful house and spacious. The problems all start with the water system. The water pressure is lacking to say the least. It comes and goes and when two people are using water (sink, shower, etc.) at the same time, one is freezing cold and the pressure is virtually non existent. Also, the water completely shut off for 15 minutes during the day so that it could run a cycle through the water softener. The shower upstairs didn't work correctly. The kitchen is not very well stocked and the items that are within it don't work the best. The can openers were junk and it was a struggle for our supper on Friday night. The thermostat is very slow to kick in as well. It takes the AC a good 3-4 hours to get to the temperature you are wanting and even then it has a mind of it's own at times. This wasn't a problem for us because it was in the summer time, but I could definitely see the basement temperature being an issue in the winter time. For our particular family, it was just a disappointing experience for the amount of money we spent vs our traditional way of doing it. It's not worth cutting your vacation short a day to spend the money that this one requires.

The 3 levels were great for privacy. All appliances worked well. Large yard allowed for games.
The home was beautiful and plenty of room for 6 adults, 2 infants and 3 dogs. Lot is very private and loved the large front porch. We only have 2 complaints. Lowest level is very cold and shower head upstairs sprays backwards. We will consider this hone for future visits.

Beautiful home with lots of space
This home lived up to the pictures! Absolutely beautiful and perfect for a large group. The large table was perfect for playing games, the finished basement allowed people to separate and do different activities. Internet was spotty, but we expected that and didn't mind, as we came to disconnect from the outside world. Thanks for a great place to enjoy Hocking Hills.

We spent a long weekend at this house with 5 couples and an infant. Very nice accomodations! Loved the yard, fire pit, and hot tub. Great space for family hangouts. Cons: small fridge for a lot of people and only one shared full bath (a second in the master).

Amazing
From the moment we walked in the door we were in love. It accommodated our whole family perfectly. If you like it cool grab one of the basement rooms, they feel amazing! Had everything we needed for the whole weekend. Any questions i had for the owner they got back to me ASAP and or addressed whatever it was i asked. Only two small things i would improve: the grill was very rough with rotted out burners and it would be fantastic if there was steps to the balcony from the grill area. But that doesn’t change my 5-star rating!! Go and have fun and relax! Perfect private setting and close enough to what you need.

The Dragonfly was fine
The place was fine, clean and comfortable in a good location. There were a few things we found frustrating. Both a gas grill and gas fireplace are listed as part of the rental though we learned that you had to ask for and then pay for the propane tanks to run them. I ordered them and was separately charged 20 bucks for the propane- seriously? Nickel and dining is all this felt like. Then the fireplace would not stay lit and the gas grill would also not stay lit on the second night so I paid 20 for propane I was not able to use. We brought hundreds of dollars worth of steak to grill so this was massively frustrating. Their were 12 people staying and two showers. The shower on the second floor was a pathetic trickle that did not have enough pressure to even start the shower. We did ask maintenance to have a look when they were delivering the propane and they were able to make it better by changing a filter of some sort but it was still a bit weak for so many to shower. We made huge family meals and there are very few large bowls to use when serving.

We stayed in this beautiful property the weekend before Christmas. We really enjoyed our stay and the Hocking Hills area is a great place to visit. It had a really nice hot tub too. We took a small artificial Christmas tree and some decorations with us as I knew it wasn’t decorated for the holidays, and it wasn’t a problem. Our only problem was the lower level was cold even after opening all of the vents but we didn’t spend much time in the lower level (with a walkout basement) and used extra blankets at night.

Not as advertised
The water pressure is an extreme issue. If someone flushes the toilet there is not enough pressure for the shower to keep running. The air hockey table did not work. The hot tub was not hot. The fireplace did not have enough propane to keep it lit. The towel bar in the upstairs bathroom is broken, if you put a towel on it it will fall down - there are multiple holes where they keep putting it back up (incorrectly). Upon return I emailed my disappointment and I was told that we didn't leave a message and if we had done so they would have fixed everything. We were there for 38 hours and I don't think that I should have to deal with maintenance while on my vacation, we went away so I didn't have to deal with day-to-day headaches like these. I was also told that the maintenance people check things to make sure they are working on a regular basis (clearly not the case) and that a filter change would have fixed the water problem. Great location and cabin but we went to this location for all of the amenities that were not working.
