You get what you pay for. I spent a couple of nights here. Luckily it was not too busy due to it being off season. But the sound proofing is very bad and you hear people coughing and walking in their rooms at night. Staff is friendly. The window in my room won’t close and it was -4 degrees; so they changed my room, towels had a few hair. But overall premises were clean.

Great location with Northern Line tube station (trains to Heathrow or Central London) within a 5 minute walk. Convenient secure car-parking on site. Everything we needed in the room for a comfortable overnight stay.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped, very comfortable and welcoming and ideally situated for the Piccadilly line into Central London. With free secure parking, this will be our hotel of choice whenever we come to London.

I enjoy my stay at the Imperial Guest House. Friendly and helpful staff. 24 hour reception. I felt safe. Room was very clean. Had everything I needed. Mini fridge in the room Free parking was great. Hotel very close to the Tube station under five minutes walk. Very close to the high street. Would recommend and I would stay again
