Awful experience
I drove all the way from Luton to the address shown for willesden student hotels the postcode takes us to charcot road nw55wu i went in to the hotel there and they said i had come to tbe qrong placr even tho i wemt to the postcode which was given. Then tbe receptionist then phobed the willesden hotel and they said tbat there was no bookings available amd that there was an error on tbe app so therefore i would like a full refjbd and even compensating for my time amd petrol from Luton i expext a reply asap im not happy 1 bit.
