Beautiful property and nice rooms. Warm, big pool but it closes very early, 7pm. The bikes and kayaks are also loked up early. We did not enjoy the attached bar/restaurant. Poor service and the free breakfast was kind of a joke with canned fruit cocktail. No other dining options walkable nearby. We enjoyed our two night stay but might be bored if we stayed longer.

The housekeeping service was below par. Room was not attended to unless requested. Ancillary staff not super friendly. Beach, pool and dining area very clean. Location on the gulf beautiful. Bikes and kayaks extra bonus

We loved this place!!! Beautiful beach area. Stunning view of the water. Kayaks and bikes to use at no extra charge. Rooms were nice and updated and very clean. Can’t wait to come back.

Great property to stop at on the way to key West. Ocean views are great and staff (especially cleaning and maintenance) are very nice. Aside from the children that were there, it was a very calm and quiet spot. Private dock and beach to swim from. The only place to get drinks and breakfast is the Florida boy and they stop serving breakfast at 10 or 1030 which is dumb. You know people are checking out at 11 and want breakfast. They have a pool and free-use kayaks and paddle boards, quick mart walking distance. I would stay here again but I would plan breakfast somewhere else. Bring your own coffee, Good no frills no drama stop-gap to key west

Hotel was nice, however had a situation where our assigned parking spot was occupied and we had no where to park. When I approached front desk to acquire how to resolve situation, they made it very clear our staying there was an inconvenience to them. For remainder of stay felt very unwelcome.

I've stayed here three times so far and every time had been great! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The resort itself is amazing. Hammocks throughout, restaurant on site, kayak paddle boards and bikes for guests to use. Perfectly located between Miami and ket west so the drive from and to the airport isn't too bad. Can't wait to return!

I wasn't able to get to the property before it closed for the night, but they stayed there until we arrived arout 3am in the morning I have never experienced customer service like that before! Thank you so much!! The room was very nice and cozy too!

The property was beautiful and we had a late check in due to a late flight and an issue getting a rental car. Did not arrive to almost 1:30 in the morning and they closed at 11:00. I call in advance and the hotel clerk waited over for us to make sure we got checked in, and even gave his free breakfast at the restaurant on property for the next morning. The service was top notch. The property was very nice, the kids loved the pools, and the beach side yoga class.
