For what looks like a newer extended stay property, there were no usb ports in the room and no alarm clock. We thought that was odd and a little inconvenient. Otherwise, it was very quiet and a clean place.

Problems first room we had bugs in the bed we woke up bites and caught some to give to staff. Second room woke up to water on the floor from leaking toilet. Third room was good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the HYATT House Boulder/Broomfield, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved the high-quality linens and thoughtful touches throughout the room. The hotel's location is perfect — close to both Boulder and Broomfield, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, the convenience of nearby shopping, dining, and outdoor activities is fantastic. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day. I also appreciated the fitness center and the outdoor patio area, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The room was clean enough and amenities were great. There was quite a bit of dust in cracks and hard to reach areas but still visible. I would still stay here again since all other areas of room were cleaned well. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Declining Property
My latest stay was disappointing. The A/C was set to shut off at 68⁰. I don't sleep well unless it is a few degrees cooler. Not Only was the desired temperature off limits, the fan-on setting was disabled. I don't sleep well without a constant fan. My comforter was so awfully discolored, it was some frightening color of gray. There were carpet stains in my room and along the hallway.
