When I got in to the room and there was no couch or comfortable chair. Only a very small, non adjustable secretary chair. I had to drive to Target and buy a chair because with my back I cannot sit on the bed for extended periods of time. The next morning on my way out to my meeting I stopped by the front desk to complain and was told someone would resolve the issue. When I returned at 1PM nothing had changed and when I called the front desk I was told nothing would be done. I decided I couldn’t stay another night so I checked out even though I paid for the night. Upon check out the clerk told me that particular room has no couch or chair. I told her that I should have been told that on check in. No response. All the other rooms have couches or chairs. I was able to verify this because my company uses this facility when employees come in to town or when visiting corporate members visit, and I visited a couple of my colleagues rooms before I left. Next time I come to town for a meeting I wont be staying here

The Hotel was awesome and we loved the room we were assigned. It looked clean and the bathroom was great. However, it reeked of Pine-Sol cleaner. Later in the evening I started to sneeze and sneeze, and eventually developed a stuffy and runny nose. I only realized the next day that the reason for the sneezing and runny stuffy nose was because I was allergic to Pine, which the Hotel apparently used in our room, based on the smell.

Excellent fitness room. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. We would recommend a 2nd floor, or higher, floor room so window can be safely left open for healthy ventilation overnight.

The hotel is right next to 60 Freeway, so location wise its nice. This is also an older hotel though they do their best to keep it up. The free breakfast is wonderful.
