Very nice property. It was modern and clean. Although it said it was contactless and I thought we had checked in online, we still had to check-In at the front desk. Also, I could hear freeway traffic while trying to sleep.

The place is very clean, very comfortable, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Everything is perfectly fine here. What I really like is that it’s close to a cozy shopping mall with a movie theater and excellent restaurants, so all I need to do is take a 5-10 minute walk to get there. Plus, you don’t need to pay $50 for parking, and it’s a very safe place.

Gem in Calabasas
The staff was friendly and polite. Mickey was wonderful at checkout. Michelle in the restaurant went the extra mile. The room was spacious, fresh and clean. Housekeeping is only offered every other day but the front desk makes it clear that if you need towels or any Items during your stay, feel free to ask. I would recommend this property and will stay here again if I am ever in Calabasas!
