The pool was really nice. Drinks were a bit on the pricey side at the pool though, cocktails for around $18. Was really smoky the one day, and the pool was closed due to a smoke advisory. Was a bit surprised they still charged the resort fee that day. We booked an ADA room and they thankfully put us in a room with a walk in shower as the original room had all the accessible options except for the walk in shower that one of our guests needed. Room was very clean, staff was very friendly. Lots of cheap and fancy dining options right on the resort. Was our first time staying off strip in Vegas and we would definitely stay there again.

The property was beautiful, clean and in a convenient location which we loved. The spa was phenomenal as well and we recommend it to guests. Our biggest grievance was the air conditioning in our room. Every night we put it at the lowest temperature 60 degrees however we noticed the room wouldn’t get cold and felt like it was at 70 degrees the entire stay. Normally I am very sensitive to the cold however having the thermostat at 60 really didn’t cool the room. We brought this to the hotels attention and they sent up maintenance to look at it. The maintenance worker was very kind but said he couldn’t do much because the air conditioner was blowing what it’s supposed to. We mentioned that the thermostat unit itself keeps tripping from high fan to auto. He mentioned it shouldn’t do that and if it did it again he’d change it out. He did check back in 2 hours and after it tripping he changed it. He suggested asking the front desk for a fan if the room continues to feel warm. Unfortunately changing the thermostat unit didn’t make a difference and the room was still warm for our entire stay.

Cleanliness issue was not housekeeping’s fault, I’m certain they cannot remove the black mold in the shower grout. The extreme, yes extreme hard water might not help. Also, a tip: for warm/hot water, turn the water on, then go out for a nice breakfast, then return for the hot shower. Also, there are no assumed amenities. No coffee in the room, only valet parking, $30 for late checkout. Even though the entire staff was absolutely top ranking fantastic, I’ll not return.
