This property canceled my reservation without notifying me. I showed up with 3 children and an infant with no hotel room. The manager Kai, didnt care at all and said he cancelled 15 reservations. He said my credit card didnt go through but when i called Expedia it said it was good. Im still so confused. Thankfully, i found a marriot with a room available.

Bed was hard for being an expensive hotel, I expected much better quality of the mattress. A male was having a loud conversation with another party in the hall close to our room for a good 20 minutes. (Loud voice). Parking fee of $15.00? Unacceptable, my car was not being monitored for safety, it was an open parking lot with no protection.

I like the convenience of having restaurants and gas stations in walking distance. The hotel rooms smell of mildew from humidity. They are also dated and could use upgrades.

Definitely not the best trip
I came for a staycation, as a hospital worker I need some me time. I got to my room on the 7th floor, tje room was outdated. I wanted to shower sknce i had gotten off my shift that morning, turning on the shower a roach crawled out of the drain. I tried calling down to the frint desk and the phone didnt work. I got moved to another room. My second room was on the 8th floor. I left to go to the bar and i came back to my door open. Pull the door closed of you leave your room my door wouldnt automatically latch. I glad nothing was stollen. Place definitely needs a reno of the rooms. The next morning in the new room i fell and hit me elbow on the shower. I called down to the front desk and asked for help to gety bags packed up it took almost 40 minutes before i left for the doctor luckily just bruised. There was absolutely no concern from the staff of my saftey.

I reserved a king bed but the hotel did not have any left. This was not a big deal but when we got to the room, we had a hard time opening the door. I had to use my shoulder to open it. The room had a musty smell and parts of the floor were wet. The icing on the cake was there were no towels. We called done to the front seat, but never received towels. This hotel is usually a lot better than this stay.

I think my stay would been improved had I not been placed on the side of the property facing the I-405 AND the runways of the Long Beach Airport. It was EXTREMELY noisy and difficult to get a good night's sleep. Were I to stay there again, I would strongly request a room on the west side of the building.
