Great value for money. 2 improvements would be to: - have signage outside the hotel ie hotel name and point to entry - sell cheap earplugs. The traffic is quite loud

We wouldn't stay at LA guest house anymore. There is 1 bathroom sink for 16 people! The bathroom upstairs has NO sink! After using the toilet you'd have to go to the bathroom downstairs which is often occupied. People were told by management to brush their teeth in the kitchen or outside in a filthy utility sink. Unbelievable conditions! We had the private room downstairs, people who had early work shifts talked in the kitchen and hallway right next to our room before 4 am. This place should not be on Expedia!

Having gotten in later due to a change in flights we arrived later in the evening. Property was marked with a note to call a number for manager. Multiple attempts to reach said manager on the phone but no one picked up. After several attempts of knocking nothing happened. You would think with the application advertising "24/7 front desk support" someone would be there to support this location. Stay away and take your money elsewhere considering the rooms are marked non refundable, they'll just take your money and run with it without care.

Every time we visit, the property is exceptionally clean, amazingly clean. This is due to the exceptional work of Mr. Decarlo. Constantly cleaning, sanitizing, washing, he is truely an asset to this housing. This facility is cleaner and more organized than a hospital. Sanitized to the hilt. Thank you DeCarlo

I arrived around 10 I was greeted by this lesbian that gave us a tour and told us there is 2 shared restrooms. I had to wait in line to use the restroom two times and once to wash my hands. It sucked . We had a room on top floor inside another room so ppl saw us come in and out. No water. Then as me and my partner were listening to music talking the lesbian comes up says turn down the music and go to sleep b4 she calls the cops I told her I have rights and she said I don’t care this isn’t my first rodeo and I will call the cops. The he cops came knocking hard told us to come out officer X vilchez -1096 was cool understanding and made sure we had all our stuff on the other hand officer O tsukAmoto 1086 was watching my girlfriend get dressed told her she don’t know how to read my gf has a BA in accounting and computer information system . Worst experience ever and she never reached out to give me partial refund. I had to call pay pal to get my money back. Pay pay is good with that.

Overbooked
First when I checked in I was told that the place was over booked there was no bed. In the night it was a little cold and I had to walk up the street to check if another motel could accommodate me, they were also booked out. So I had to sleep in a couch. My feet got cramped because I was taller than it. I left my juice and pastry in the fridge and when I was ready someone took my two drinks and ate two of my pastries. I was also insulated by the employee. My experience was just awful..

Ok for overnight stay . No private bathroom in private room (i.e. all rooms share two common bath rooms). There are microwave, coffee machine, cups , paper towel, dish washing liquid, washer and dryer in the common area. Bedsheets and pillow covers are available when we stayed overnight. Staff is accommodating. Will stay again if occasion arises.
