Riverview Lodge - Riverfront Home with Hot Tub

Riverfront Vacation Home has newHot Tub(2023) with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms with Central Air Conditioning, located on 1.0 acres on the Wally Road Scenic Byway. Home features sweeping views of the Mohican River from the raised deck. Views of river can also be seen from the Kitchen and Living Room windows, the two downstairs bedrooms, from the back patio and basically any where in the back yard.
We are located just 6 miles down river from Mohican Adventures and 7.2 miles from the main entrance to Mohican State Park. Enjoy spending your days by the river or hiking at the park and relaxing evenings around the fire.

Main Living Room: 65 inch LCD Smart TV with YoutubeTV, Sofa, Love Seat, 2 Barrel Chairs - - Located on second floor

Lower rec room : 75 inch LCD Smart TV, Ping Pong Table, Mini Fridge, small pub table set, Couch, Ottoman, Chair, and Futon.

Master Bedroom: King Bed, 40 inch LCD Smart TV - Located on second floor

Bedroom Two: 2 Queen Beds - Located on second floor
Bedroom Three: Queen Bed - Located on first floor

Bedroom Three: 2 Twin Beds - Located on first floor

We Sleep 10 in beds. There are two full length couches that take our maximum occupancy to 12. Will consider larger groups, please inquiry first so we can have the property best prepared to meet your groups needs.

Full Master Bath: Shower/Tub Combo - Located on the second floor

Full Main Bath: Shower - Located on the ground floor
Kitchen: Refrigerator, Range/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker with Kuerig and regular brewing capabilities, Blender, Crock Pot, Toaster, several pots and pans. Dinnerware and cutlery to accommodate 12 people.

Laundry Room Washer and Dryer.

Deck - Polywood counter height dining table set for 7 and two additional chairs. Counter height seating maximizes views of the river over the handrail of the deck. Propane BBQ with Propane Provided.

Outside Amenities: Picnic Table, 12 Camp style chairs to be used throughout the property as you desire. There are two fire pits, on in the patio off the house and one by the river. The firepit by the river does a covered gravel area off the back garage that includes a swing. Cornhole is also provided. The chairs and cornhole game are in stored in the shed under the deck adjacent to the patio.

Garage is not for guest use.

The Security Deposit of $250 is a hold, not a charge, on your Credit/Debit Card from a day before check-in until 7 days after checkout. Your card is only charged if I claim damage during that timeframe. If I do not claim damage during that timeframe, the hold will be automatically released from your card on the 7th day after checkout. Since the card account is not technically charged, just held, the hold that you see on your online statement may just disappear instead of showing as a credit. I will always contact you to discuss any damages prior to charging your card. Please ignore any other posts that states we will collect the security deposit at the house. This is inaccurate and there is currently not an option to remove that language. Sorry for any confusion.
