Night staff wasn’t good. During early morning checkout there were 10 or so patrons dealing with a woman who obviously didn’t want to be there behind the desk. I listened to her dismiss the two customers in front of me and she was incredibly unhelpful with me

The only complaint I have is that, housekeeping came this morning ( our day of check out) so instead of knocking before entering. She ( I say SHE because she didnt say her name) entered my room with her key. I feel like she should have knocked to make sure no one was in the room. Was too happy with that. Other than that. My/our stay was awesome. Oh n im not happy about the swimming pool not being available any longer. That was a bummer.

Only complaint is the customer service
I was charged double for my room. Booked through hotels.com and instead of the 100.00 deposit I was charged the whole amount of the room. I asked why I was being charged again the lady told me it’s the deposit. The sign at check in shows $100.00. When I asked at check out the lady working the desk was not pleasant. I understand it was early in the AM however I just asked a question she proceeded to tell me she couldn’t give me the receipt because it was a third party pay. Well why was I charged again for the room.. tried reaching out to someone about this issue and literally ignored. Customer service needs some work.

Definitely one of the worst experiences we have had traveling. Check-in was a nightmare because the clerk could barely speak intelligible English. She had to repeat everything several times for us to understand her. We called twice in advance to see if the hotel had parking for car trailers and we were told that there was definitely parking on the premises. This was reitterated twice on different days to different members of our party. Upon arrival there was no trailer parking available. I asked to be close to the elevator and was told that my room was seven doors from it. It was 20 doors away and I have mobilty problems. There was NO ice on our floor. There was no ice on the floor above us. We were told to go to yet another floor for ice. The AC was not working properly in our room and the room was 76 to 78 degrees every day. It would cool down to 73 overnight. I had to go buy a fan. And so did others, as we saw people on the elevator carrying box fans! Then there is the bed sheet situation.NO fitted sheets on the beds. One piece of sheeting that was too small to tuck in anywhere. It laid flat on top of the mattress. Every morning we awoke on a bare mattress with who knows what germs on it. Not one decent night's sleep due to this, as we fought the sheets all night long! The $22 breakfast bar was ice cold and mainly unedible. The biscuits could break a hole in a wall.This was an atrocious stay and you can bet that we will not be back. We were given $100 credit at checkout.

I booked this hotel in hopes of one last swim trip with my kids. No where on the website did it state the pool would be closed! Very disappointing especially since it was too late to cancel and get a refund! The new bedding is not so comfortable. Felt like a basket weave blanket.
