Love the Galt!!
Always love staying at The Galt. Staff is always nice and professional. Only issue we had this time, the ice machine on our floor was not working. Over all, had a great time and a great stay.

I had a wonderfully pleasant man checking me in; however, after assigning me a room in the west tower, he gave me a parking QR code that only worked in the lot at east tower. It was a huge inconvenience to carry our luggage that distance and then to go to the desk to later get a QR code for the lot in the tower we were staying.

Hotel was ideally located for attending an event in the convention center, as well as visiting Louisville. It’s a very large hotel. The room was clean. The AC was noisy.

We had stayed in this hotel a couple years ago and was disappointed. It was not clean and need upgrades. But this time we were pleased with our stay. It was very clean and nice. The restaurants are nice and the staff is friendly.
