Centrally located and very clean

Anthony's customer service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Only comment--since the hotel just opened the day before our arrival, they could have been more prepared for the arrival of guests. I wasn't able to use the spa due to the jacuzzi needing service. Also, the coffee machine didn't work and toaster oven had some issues. All these could have been checked before opening up the hotel. However, even with these minor incidents, overall stay was great!

This place is spacious and very clean. It’s walking distance from the sanctuary. Not bad of a walking distance. Even close to a very good Patisserie and small convenient store. Luv this place !!!

The staff are always pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Availability of meals, excellent. Buffet was top notch. Special recognition for outstanding service for Valerie.

I really had a wonderful time at the hotel the staff were so friendly and welcoming I think it’s a lovely place to stay defo would come back and would recommend it to anyone

Wonderful all is well. I will always book mu Hotel in Panorama whenever i go to Lourdes.
