Great manager and staff with a positive and joyful attitude. It will be super if they get over COVID related restrictions to clean rooms on a daily basis. Lighting in the rooms can be improved as the current one feels a bit depressing.
Robert, the manager or assistant manager. I can't remember his title was amazing completely. Took care of my wife's requests regarding early check-in and made sure billing was straight between my account and my mother-in-law's account. Robert was wonderful. Kind and very accommodating to our needs. He needs to be recognized for his efforts. Completely accommodated our early check-in requirements for a wedding we were attending. The room was comfortable clean. Very nice. The bed very comfortable. No complaints whatsoever
The place was very convenient, clean, quiet. Only compliant was that the room was on the small size. And the bathroom door opened into the front door in an odd inconvenient way.
We visit Loveland every 4-6 weeks and always stay here. The rooms are great, and the staff have become friends. Shout out to Glen (#1!), Vicky, Robby, Deshaun,and Jevon, Sorry if i missed anyone!
Was super thrilled to be able to stay here....until the 630 AM fire alarm went off was enough to give me a heartache... we were in town for a dog show so unfortunately i hade to grab 2 dogs get dressed and run .... was super scary
First of all, the manager on duty Mr Robert was extremely rude and is not appropriate for a role that deals with customers. Secondly, Is it that Hilton has a policy to NOT TO CLEAN the rooms for three consecutive days when guests are there? This is unbelievable as I stayed at Hilton and HGI hundreds of times before and never experienced this. THIS IS WHAT that Mr ROBERT tells me--which I think is not true.
Moreover, The duty manager Mr Robert initially tried to allot a room that was dysfunctional--for toilet flushing and sink drain and bathroom door. He must be knowing that the room he gave us is dysfunctional, being the duty manager. We had to complain and then he changes the room in an impolite way. I never experienced this kind of arrogant and irresponsible behaviour from any Hilton staff before in various cities and in different countries. Sorry. I will try to avoid Hilton now onwards, as one bad apple is good enough to spoil the reputation, if the hiring is not appropriate.
