The first room we were given reeked of smoke, so after a little bit of back and forth with the front desk agent we were able to get a somewhat better room. A little dingey but was suitable for our purposes (just staying the night as we passed through town.)

Cleaning needs to be improved in room
The bathroom tub had not been cleaned well nor was the toilet. The bottom of the tub had grime that needed to be deep scrubbed. Many of the handles on the doors and drawers were also dirty. Some felt sticky and just needed to be cleaned well. The carpet also felt like it had not been cleaned in quite some time.

The room was clean and comfortable. The desk staff worked to get us a location away from the ice maker. Our last experience was that people filling what I think was coolers really loud at another site. Definitely older rooms and smaller than some Hampton Inns, but clean and comfortable. Not as many breakfast option as we are use to and different brands.
