There was urine around the toilet in the bathroom that had not been cleaned since the prior guest floors were dirty throughout the hotel shower door Would not stay closed and overall the entire hotel just needed to be cleaned

It was a good stay for us, however we were very surprised that we had to pay$50.00 for our pet who is cleaner than some adults. She slept on the floor in her own bed. Most hotels we stayed in charged $20.00.

Just a quick overnight stay. Nice lobby & dining area. Looked quite new & well kept. Suite was spacious but didn't separate work & rest areas. No exhaust fan in bath so ceiling was peeling. No place at all to hang up towels! Strange pull out shelves at bathroom vanity. King bed had no top/flat sheet. Had to call front desk at 11pm to request a flat sheet which was delivered - queen size. Is this a bedding trend? Also phone in room didn't work.

Usually a great place to stay…
We always stay here when we come to Lubbock. I was a little disappointed with things this time. Staff was superb, but the pool was disgusting. The water was green and there were things floating in it. Also, our thermostat in the room was smashed and had not been replaced.

Second time i have stayed here. Both times were great. Room was clean and cool. I did like the shampoo and body wash dispensers. Very convenient. All staff were very courteous.
