This is a great property. The hotel staff was the friendliest from the front desk staff (day & night shift, the cleaning services folks, and the lady that assisted at the breakfast counter. Everyone greeted us with smiles and waves. Making sure we were totally taken care of and even being proactive. We had never stayed at nor heard of this chain but we will be looking for it from now on. The rooms are spacious and relaxing with a couch, ottoman, desk space and nice chair, plenty of drawers and cabinet, nice size refrigerator, nice dishes, nice shower and bath area was well lit. The bedding was so comfortable I thought I was in a grand resort or a suite on a cruise! We loved the fact it is pet friendly. Saw several pets on our visit, all behaving well, and checking us humans out. It felt like home! The lobby was decorated with fun art and colors. The room colors were relaxing and not in your face. We all voted to give this hotel five stars. We will definitely be staying at this chain in the future, no doubt!

Room was super cold at the time we arrived, and I was freezing for a while even with the AC off, door was hard to open and close, and the room had a slightly smell. Everything else good, I like the breakfast sandwiches and overall good for the price

It’s Lubbock but this is one of the best places to stay. Clean, modern, snack purchases and breakfast buffet included. Staff is very friendly.

Great location, friendly staff, clean unit however there was an off putting smell in the hallway and the sound the elevator makes from floor to floor is like a fire alarm sound. The suites are comfy and has everything you need from a home away from home. Bathroom door is a bit difficult to open and close because the design lacks a proper handle.

We had a king studio room, and the air conditioner on the wall was so was within a foot of the bed, continuously on my feet and made strange uneven noises. Very difficult to sleep. Otherwise, the place was clean, and staff was very friendly
