We had a wonderful stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered several choices. Everything was fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was quiet, surrounded by lovely townhouses and apartments. The area offers several restaurants. We will stay here on our next visit to Lubbock!

Animal friendly is an issue for me.
I will say, it doesnt thrill me that the hotel is animal friendly, but there was a little dog across the hall that continued to bark, I went down to the front off and complained, I never heard the dog again. The same thing had happened at my previous stay as well, I didnt consider complaining, I just lost sleep. I enjoy my stay each time, its a nice place but I believe next time I will stay at a different place that is not animal friendly. I am allergic to the dogs, I dont like that it seems everywhere I turn, theres a dog…so if you are ok with that, then I say stay there!!! Its not for me though.

The room was cleanly and whatnot however I had an issue with the bathroom door, it didn’t close no matter how hard you try it was stuck and I was traveling with my mother and two sisters which made showers very uncomfortable. I asked an employee about the issue and it was never followed up with. We arrived very late in the night and were tired so I just accepted it and went to bed. But honestly very uncomfortable experience and lack of customer service.

The pool was heated and very warm which was nice! The front desk was very nice and helpful. The pullout bed didn't have sheet or pillow case but when i called to the front desk it was immediately brought up so that was great. My only complaint was regarding breakfast. Breakfast was until 9 so I went down at 8:30 the fresh toast was never refilled, the half and half spout looked like it had been sitting there all morning.. it was out so it was refilled but it still had nasty film..bananas we're not refilled and the only reason why bagals and fruit were refilled was because someone specifically asked. Other than that, it was a good stay.
